Eve's Gift Gallery's Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At Eve’s Gift Gallery we want you to be completely delighted with your online shopping experience and purchase. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee offers a "no hassles" 14-day return policy by which you may receive a full refund or even exchange, excluding the shipping costs, on all products in new, unused, or unworn condition. We will extend this policy to January 10th for Holiday gifts which are purchased early, beginning November 1st.
To notify us that you are returning a product, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return. In addition, it allows us to reference the original sales order so that we may issue the appropriate credit.
Any item returned must be sent back in its original condition, in the original cosmetic box, and with all the original accessories (wick, funnel, oil, etc.) included. Cosmetic boxes must not be torn or defaced by tape or otherwise altered. Items returned for credit are subject to inspection prior to refunding. Any item returned without the cosmetic box and accessories will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We recommend that you return your item well packaged in the original packing materials and insured for its full purchase price. In the event of damage during transit, you would then be covered by the carrier, as Eve’s Gift Gallery cannot issue credit for an item that is damaged during the return.
Credit for a returned item can only be applied to the original credit card used for the transaction. If you are returning a gift and do not wish to have the charge refunded to the original purchaser, we will be happy to offer an even exchange or a gift card that you may use on another occasion.
