PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
What do I do if my credit card is declined? Having reached your credit limit may not be the reason your credit card was declined. Please return to checkout and insure that your billing name and address are correct and that you have correctly entered the credit card number and expiration date. While we can ship to an address other than yours, in order to process payment both the order and credit card billing address must be the same.
I see a charge in my statement, but I don't remember buying anything from your company. If you'll supply us with your name and e-mail address we can search to see if there is any order placed under your name or shipping address. We'll be happy to research what was ordered and we'll let you know where it was shipped to refresh your memory.
If you did not authorize the purchase and the product was shipped to an address unknown to you, you should contact your credit card company immediately. It's highly suggested that you cancel your credit card account immediately. We'll cooperate with your credit card company to launch any necessary investigation.
May I use my credit card, but have the order shipped as a gift to a friend or family member? Yes. This is often useful if you don't have anyone to receive your package at home during business hours or if you are purchasing a gift and wish to have it shipped to the recipient. Please provide both the shipping and billing addresses and phone numbers.

How safe is it to shop on your web site? We take your online security and safety very seriously. Your credit card information remains with PayPal or Authorize.net, our credit card processing gateway. Only the last four digits of your credit card are ever displayed for reference and we are never in possession of your financial information.
Do you charge tax? We are required to charge 6.0% sales tax on items purchased within the state of Ohio.
Should I order online or by phone? While we are very happy to answer any of your questions by e-mail or phone, we ask that, whenever possible, you use the online ordering system to place your order. Our entire business has an Internet-centric design which works optimally when information is submitted online. If, however, you are uncomfortable with the thought of entering your credit card number through the Internet, please don't hesitate to phone us toll-free at 1-888-431-3837 Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST with your order and we'll be happy to process it manually for you.
Will Eve's Gift Gallery transfer my personal information to third parties? We will not forward your information to any third party unless required to fulfill your order. Your privacy and security is very important to us and we will never sell, lease, or rent your customer data to others.

RETURNS
How long do I have to make a return? We want you to be completely delighted with your online shopping experience and purchase. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee offers a "no hassles" 14-day return policy by which you may receive a full refund or even exchange, excluding the shipping costs, on all products in new, unused, or unworn condition. We will extend this policy to January 10th for Holiday gifts which are purchased early, beginning November 1st.
How do I make a return? To notify us that you are returning a product, please e-mail us at returns@eves-gift-gallery.com for a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return. In addition, it allows us to reference the original sales order so that we may issue the appropriate credit. We recommend that you return your item well packaged in the original packing materials and insured for its full purchase price. In the event of damage during transit, you would then be covered by the carrier, as Eve’s Gift Gallery cannot issue credit for an item that is damaged during the return.

BIAGI EUROPEAN BEADS AND BRACELETS
Are your products authentic? Yes! We are an authorized Biagi retailer and sell only authentic Biagi beads. Each bead is stamped with the manufacturer's trademark as well as with the appropriate hallmark for the metal used.
How do I choose the correct length for my Biagi bracelet? To choose the correct size for your Biagi bracelet, measure your wrist around the widest part and add 1" for a snug fit or 1.5" for a looser fit. You will need the extra length to compensate for the space the beads will take up on the inside of your bracelet. If you intend to add many beads to your European bead bracelet, it is best to begin with a looser fit.
How does the European bead bracelet by Biagi work? Your European bead bracelet may begin with a single bead. Biagi beads have a threaded opening so they simply screw onto the threaded end of the bracelet and swivel freely as you move. Add as many beads as you wish to create your own unique piece of jewelry. Just add a threaded bead at the end of the selection to keep any unthreaded beads or spacers from slipping off.
Will Biagi pieces work with items from other companies like Pandora, Chamilia, Lovelinks, or Trollbeads? Biagi, Pandora, Chamilia, Silverado, Pasha. Zable, and Wow Diva all use the same size chain for their bracelets and their beads are all interchangeable. Trollbeads uses a smaller chain so the beads of all the other companies will fit the Trollbeads bracelet. Lovelinks uses a larger chain so only beads from the Lovelinks collection will fit the Lovelinks bracelet.
Are Biagi beads hollow or are they plated? Biagi beads are made of solid .925 sterling silver and solid 14K or 18K gold. Biagi never uses silver or gold plating over a base metal like copper, brass, or stainless steel. The hallmarks of .925 for sterling silver and 14K or 18K for gold are stamped into each bead and are your assurance of the purity of the metal.
How do I clean my European bead bracelet? We recommend cleaning your bracelet with a soft jeweler’s cloth to keep it looking its best. Perfumes, lotions, and body oils may dull the luster of your bracelet and may be safely removed in a bath of warm soapy water or in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Never use liquid or paste silver cleaners as these contain chemicals that may remove the oxidation that gives many of the beads their beautiful detail. Care should be taken not to expose your bracelet to the chlorine used in swimming pools and hot tubs as this may chemically alter your sterling silver jewelry and remove its anti-tarnish finish.

JIM SHORE
Are your Jim Shore items new and authentic? Yes, we are an authorized Enesco dealer and all our Jim Shore figurines are first quality, direct from the manufacturer.
How are Jim Shore figurines produced and what are they made of? When he first began producing his line of figurines, Jim Shore personally sculpted each new model. As the line has expanded, that is no longer possible. Jim creates detailed sketches of his new designs and then works with a closely hand-picked and personally trained team of artisans who bring his designs to life. The original model is sculpted in clay and after receiving final approval it is used to create the master molds from which all other figurines of this style will be made. The figurines are cast in polyresin, otherwise known as stone resin.
What is the stone resin material Jim Shore uses to cast his figurines? Polyresin is a resin that is especially flexible when heated, making it an ideal material to use for figurines that are created from poured molds. One popular form of polyresin includes ground stone in the mix; this is the material that Jim Shore uses for his figurines.
It looks like there's a crack in my figurine. What's that all about? Jim Shore designs his figurines to have the appearance of having been sculpted from wood. As wood dries, small fissures or cracks sometimes appear on the surface. To replicate the authentic look of a wood figurine, Jim sculpts small vertical fissures into some of his designs. This is simply a surface design detail and has no negative impact of the durability of the figurine. The Polyresin from which the piece is cast is very durable and is not affected in any way by this design detail.
Can I display my Jim Shore figurines outside? Any of the items from Jim Shore's Garden Series may be safely displayed outside. The stone resin figurines will stand up to the outdoor elements and are finished with a special sun-resistant acrylic coating to prevent color damage and fading.
How can I repair my Jim Shore figurine? The best types of glue to use are those that have some viscosity in order to hold the pieces together while they dry. Gorilla Glue, Crazy Glue, Hot Glue, or an epoxy type of glue would all be good choices. After joining the two pieces together, clamp them with somehow, with blue painter's grade tape, a clamp, or a rubber band for at least 24 hours. Of course, if your figurine arrived damaged in some way, please don't accept it and attempt to make a repair. Just let us know and we'll be sure to replace it for you.

LINDSAY PHILLIPS SWITCHFLOPS
How long do I clean my SwitchFlops? To clean your Switchflops simply remove the decorative straps and place the Lulu, Taylor, or Jordi only in the washing machine on the delicate cycle. Then air-dry the sandals overnight. The strap should be hand washed to avoid damaging the decorative ribbon or button. Lilly Kitten Heels, Liz Ballet Flats, Evie Espadrilles, Emma Wedges, nd the Marie Sandals should be wiped down with a damp cloth.
Will my straps fit the new shoe styles? Yes, as long as the new shoe you purchase is the same size as the strap, your straps will work on any style from the flat to the wedge to the kitten heel.
Why don't my straps fit correctly on my sandals? First note that SwitchFlops® straps come in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Small straps fit shoe sizes 5 and 6. Medium straps fit shoe sizes 7 and 8 and large straps fit shoe sizes 9, 10 and 11. If your shoe size and corresponding strap do not match the strap will not look right. Also please note that there is a left and a right side to each strap. To ensure proper fit attach the shorter end of the strap to the inside portion of the sandal. If you are confused, fold the strap in half to determine which is the shorter portion.
Do the shoes come with a top? Every pair of shoes comes with the top pictured on them in the listing. Additional tops are available for just $11.95 and there is a select group of Collector tops that sell for $14.95.
I'm giving these as a gift. If I guess the wrong size are they exchangeable? Yes, we're glad to make sure you get the right size. The shoes need to be in perfect and unworn condition to be exchanged. Simply return them to us at Eve's Gift Gallery, 5413 Tanager Ave. NE, Canton, OH 44705 and include a note letting us know the size you require.

WILLOW TREE
What are the figurines made of? Is it wood? Each Willow Tree® original figure is sculpted and carved by Susan using a special sculpting clay. The originals are then sent to a factory in China to be cast in resin that exactly captures each of her knife marks. The resin is cured, and each piece is individually hand-painted (and the paint is lead-free).
How do I repair a broken Willow Tree figurine? Willow Tree® figurines are made of a resin material which can break when dropped on a hard surface. A glue with viscosity, like Gorilla Glue or crazy glue will work but a two-part epoxy works best. Use a very small amount of glue within the break line. Clamp the piece with a blue painters tape, a clamp, or a rubber band for twenty four hours to allow the bond to set.
How are Willow Tree figurines made? Susan Lordi sculpts and carves each original Willow Tree®. The originals are then sent to a factory in China, where they are cast in resin that exactly captures each of Susan’s knife marks. There is a lengthy process of quality control to ensure that casting and painting techniques are just right for each piece. Susan and the Willow Tree team work directly with the painters so that the color, finish and style match her original. The reproductions are individually hand-painted in China, and the sticker is affixed prior to packaging and shipment. If the piece has ©Susan Lordi with a date, carved into the back of the piece, then you know you have an authentic Willow Tree.
Is the cake topper figurine food-safe? Due to customer requests, Susan re-sculpted Promise as a 6” Cake Topper. It has a round base with carved roses to provide stability on top of a cake. As with all Willow Tree® sculptures, the resin used for the Cake Topper is cured and painted with lead-free paint. In addition, it has undergone specific testing to ensure it is food safe.
Can I display my Willow Tree figurine outside? The paint used on all Willow Tree® sculptures is water-based and applied in thin layers, so if exposed to weather, the paint may wear off or streak unevenly, and the color will eventually change and/or fade.
I currently have the Christmas Story. What other pieces will work with this figurine? Currently The Christmas Story consists of the two large figures of Mary and Joseph, the Sanctuary, and the three-piece set Gentle Animals of the Stable. There may be more pieces added in the future, but for now, this completes the entire display.
Would the Three Wisemen or Nativity animals work with The Christmas Story? The Three Wisemen, Shepherd and Stable Animals and Ox & Goat are designed for the classic Willow Tree® 6-piece Nativity and Crèche. These pieces are designed on a much smaller scale than The Christmas Story, and will look very odd if placed together. As companion to The Christmas Story, please look for Gentle Animals of the Stable. This three-piece set of donkey and two sheep is perfectly proportioned for the larger-sized 14.5” figures. They fit on the base of the Sanctuary, surrounding the Holy Family, watching, warming and protecting.
